ورش عمـــــــــــلنا
بين عامي 2018 / 2019 أدار فريق تمكين أربع دورات تدريبية مختلفة على امتداد أوروبا مع معلمين/ات و مدربين/ات عرب يعملون مع الأطفال اللاجئين. .
عُقدت الدورات التدريبية الأربع في برلين (ألمانيا)، في كالابريا (إيطاليا) في يافله (السويد) وفي مولا (تركيا). وهدفت هذه الدورات إلى بناء مفهوم تدريبي للمدربين/ات والمعلمين ات من ناطفي اللغة العربية.
تتضمن وحداتنا التعليمية تأملات من علم النفس و علم التربية و دراسات ثقافيّة تم تطويرها من ورشة إلى أخرى بمساعدة المشاركين خاصة من خلال التغذية الراجعة التي يقدمونها لنا، وكذلك بمساعدة شركاء المشروع.
70 معلما/ة من الناطقين باللغة العربية شاركوا في ورشاتنا التدريبية. ليس فقط معلمين/ات بل مدربين/ات، وسطاء ثقافيين وطلاب في الجامعات ومهاجرين من سوريا، ومصر والسودان وغيرها من الدول إلى بلدان إقامتهم الجديدة حيث قدموا الدعم للأطفال في نطاقات رسمية وغير رسمية.
إضافة إلى ذلك، قام الشركاء في مشروع "تمكين" بالمشاركة في ورشات العمل بغرض التعلّم من تجربة المشاركين/ات من مختلف الدول.
بعد الدورات التدريبية، قام المشاركون/ات بتطبيق المعرفة المكتسبة لمساعدة الأطفال الناطقين باللغة العربية.

Our workshops
Between 2018 and 2019, Enable ran four transnational workshops all over Europe with Arab teachers and tutors who work with refugee children.
The four workshops took place in Berlin (Germany), in Calabria (Italy), in Gävle (Sweden) and in Muğla (Turkey). The workshops aimed to build a training concept for mother tongue trainers and teachers.
The modules during the workshops combined different insights from psychology, pedagogy and cultural studies and were further developed from workshop to workshop with the help of the feedback of the participants and project partners.
70 Arab speaking educators took part in the workshops. They were teachers, (voluntary) tutors, cultural mediators and students at universities and migrated from Syria, Egypt, Sudan etc. to their new countries of residence where they supported children in formal and informal contexts. Moreover, our ENABLE project partners took part in the workshops to learn from the experience of educators in different countries.
After the workshops, the participants have implemented the knowledge to support Arabic speaking children.

برلين
ايلول ٢٠١٨
قابل فريق تمكين الأوروبي و درب إثني عشر معلماً سورياً من مشروع باك أون تراك في مدينة برلين. يدعم المعلمون الأطفال اللاجئين من خلال لقاء أسبوعي في مراكز اجتماعية وفقاً لطريقة التعلم الذاتي باللغة العربية. ورشة العمل تناولت مجموعة من الأسئلة مثل كيف يمكن أن تكون معلماً داعماً ؟ و كيف يمكن أن تتعامل مع الأطفال الذين تعرضوا لتجارب الصدمات النفسيّة ؟ و كيف من الممكن تمكين الأطفال من تطوير طرائقهم في التعلّم ؟. هذه النواحي التي بدت مفيدة للغاية من أجل عملهم الأسبوعي مع الأطفال.

Berlin
Sep 2018
In Berlin, our European ENABLE team met and trained 12 Syrian tutors from Back on Track e.V. The tutors support refugee children every weekend in two community centers by using self-regulated learning material in Arabic. The workshop dealt with questions such as how to be a supportive tutor, how to deal with children with traumatic experiences and how to enable children to develop their own learning strategies, aspects which turned out to be extremely useful for their weekly work with children.
كالابــريــــا
حزيران ٢٠١٨
في ورشتنا التدريبيّة الثانية في جامعة كالابريا، عمل فريق تمكين الأوروبي مع ثمانية عشر وسيطاً ثقافياً و طالباً من الذين يعيشون في محافظات مختلفة ضمن منطقة كالابريا، جنوب إيطاليا. هاجر المعلمون إلى إيطاليا من مصر و المغرب و تونس وليبيا و سوريا و الأردن ، و يعملون بشكل جزئي في مراكز حماية اللاجئين الوطنية من أجل دعم الأطفال و القُصَّر الذين هاجروا دون أولياء أمورهم . ذكر المشاركون أن التدريب كان مهماً من أجل عملهم اليومي و كانت فرصة من أجل التبادل المعرفي و الفهم العميق للوضع الفعلي للاجئين في جنوب إيطاليا.

Calabria
June 2018
In our second training at the University of Calabria, our European Enable team worked with 18 cultural mediators and students living in different provinces of Calabria region, south Italy . The tutors and mediators migrated to Italy from countries such as Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Syria and Jordan and now partly work in national refugee protection centers (SPRAR) supporting children and unaccompanied minors. The participants mentioned that the training was a very good aid for their everyday work and we had a wonderful exchange during this training learning deeply about the situation on the ground in South Italy.
يافلـــه
ايلول ٢٠١٨
في شهر أيلول 2019، قمنا بتنفيذ ورشة العمل الثالثة في مدينة يافله في السويد. في يافله، عمل فريق " تمكين " الأوروبي مع خمسة عشر مستشارة ومستشار تربية ذوي خلفيّات عربيّة. المعلّمون و المعلّمات كانوا قد خضعوا لبرنامجٍ تدريبي في جامعة يافله من أجل أن يصبحوا مساعدين/ات في المدارس بحيث يقومون بدعم الأطفال من اللاجئين باستخدام لغتهم الأم. خلال ورشة العمل، شارك هؤلاء تجاربهم/ن مع الأطفال اللاجئين الذين تعرضوا إلى صدمة نفسية. لذا، كان محور تدريبنا مهماً جدا لهم/ن بحيث يقدم المساعدة الّلازمة للعمل مع الأطفال.

Gävle
Sep 2018
In September 2018 we had our third workshop in Gävle, Sweden. Our European ENABLE team worked in Gävle with 15 so-called Studiehandledare (student counselors), newly arrived teachers with Arabic backgrounds that were trained in a program at the University of Gävle to become assistants in schools and support refugee children in their mother-tongue. During our workshop, they shared their experiences with sometimes traumatized, refugee children. Our training concept was therefore very useful for them and their work with children.

شباط ٢٠١٨
ورشة عملنا الرابعة كانت في مدينة موغلا في تركيا. عمل فريق " تمكين" في موغلا مع إحدى و عشرين طالباً عربيّاً من جامعة موغلا. هاجر هؤلاء إلى تركيا من سوريا، الصومال، اليمن و العراق. أظهر المشاركون اهتماماً كبيرا خلال مشاركتهم في ورشة العمل، و بصورةٍ خاصة في القيام بتدريباتٍ تفاعليّة حيث أمكنهم مشاركة وجهات نظرهم و آرائهم. يتطلع المشاركون إلى العمل مع الأطفال اللاجئين و دعمهم من خلال التعلّم المنتظم الذّاتي.

Muğla
Feb 2019
The fourth workshop took place in Mugla, Turkey. Our ENABLE team worked with 21 Arab speaking students from Mugla Sitki Kocman University. They migrated to Turkey from Syria, Somalia, Yemen and Irak. They showed great interest in participating in the workshop, especially in doing interactive exercises where they could share their views and opinions.
All of our participants are eager to work with refugee children and support them with self-regulated learning.
For me, it was interesting and useful. It gave me a lot of suggestions, like Not to have a ready solution to problems but to elaborate the situations. And I think this was an objective of the workshop in general
